Mrs. Sita Gajadhar-Persad has a proven track record in process development and a wealth of knowledge in setting up and managing not only the day to day office of oil and gas multinationals in Trinidad and Tobago but a broad range of functions which included Human Resources, Communication, Stakeholder Relations and Facilities management. She has worked with Petro-Canada and Centrica Energy.
She has a strong administrative background, with experience in Human Resources, HSE, Facilities Management, Office management Procedures and Policies, Supply Chain Management, Communication, Stakeholder Relations and Sustainability. Mrs. Gajadhar -Persad also has extensive experience with E&P companies on various projects.
Mrs. Gajadhar -Persad has been involved with the Cotton Tree Foundation for several years. She initially joined CTF in the capacity of Chairperson for the Pre School, and most recently as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Human Resources and Administrative Management Committee.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies and a Masters in Business Administration. Mrs. Gajadhar- Persad has also completed training in several areas such as Crisis Communication, A practical Approach to Compliance and Implementation of OSHA, Project Management and Conflict Management/ Resolution Skills.
