Lucille Mair has been practising law for 30 years. She specialized in financial regulatory matters. She was the Senior Legal Advisor and Corporate Secretary to the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and served in the legal department of the Central Bank for over 23 years. Her experience in addition to specialist assignments for Central Banks in the region includes company, commercial, construction law, financial and regulatory matters.
She is a Barrister at Law of Lincoln’s Inn, London and a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. She is a director of the Home Mortgage Bank and a Fellow of the Institute of Banking of Trinidad and Tobago, Chairman, Election Committee, Caribbean Academy of Sciences, Member, UWI Development and Endowment Fund. She is a Notary Public of Trinidad and Tobago. Until recently she was Deputy Chairman of First Citizens Bank Limited and served as Corporate Secretary of the Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. She is a former director of Ansa McAL Limited and of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.
