The Cotton Tree Foundation (CTF) is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that was established in 1993 to improve life chances through the vehicle of education. Our constituents are the residents of St. Ann’s, Cascade, Belmont, East Dry River and environs. The CTF is incorporated by an Act of Parliament as a charitable non-profit organisation and is on the Government’s approved list of charities for income tax purposes. The organisation is guided by a Board of Directors (all volunteers) and approximately 25 staff. Volunteers also work hand-in-hand with the programme coordinators to address the challenges faced by our constituents.
