The Cotton Tree Foundation’s 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament was held on Wednesday 28th May 2014 at St. Andrews Golf Club, Moka. Ms. Allyson Hamel-Smith, Cotton Tree Director, opened the tournament. Sports great, Brian Lara, was in fine form as he teed off the first ball to the resounding cheers of onlookers. The tournament attracted sponsorships from Blink/Bmobile, Petrotrin, Pan American Life Insurance Company, L.J. Williams, NLCB, First Citizens, Neal & Massy Limited, EOG Resources, Coffee Express, KPMG, Atlantic, Building Maintenance Services, Unilever, Haygem Tours, Republic Bank, KCL Capital Market Brokers, Amalgamated Securities, Schlumberger, Ventura, Dumore Enterprises and Unit Trust Corporation. The Hole-in-One prize was a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 2.8L Turbo Diesel, valued at TT$620,000 and sponsored by Lifestyle Motors. A week-end stay at Magdalena Grand Beach Resort with a voucher for Blink/Bmobile minutes was awarded to the first place winners. Other prizes were presented from Blink/Bmobile, KPMG, Millennium, Le Visage Day Spa, La Vita Spa, Cascadia Hotel, Blue Haven Resort, Haygem Tours, Meiling, Peter Elias, Marketing & Distribution, Unilever, Angostura, Kapok, Rash Electronics and many more.
